Here is the Oculus Rift CV1 Prescription lens adaptor, cut in half to fit perfectly on my Monoprice Select Mini 3D Printer v2 bed. I drilled tiny holes where they attach and then superglued finishing nails (stiff wire would work great too) to serve as dowels for added stability.
