Lens Adapter Collar for Fuji GFX + Kipon Adapter
thingiverse
I needed a lens collar for my GFX50s. A commercial product did not exist. So I made. This is only useful for Kipon's EF-GFX adapter. You can remix it to your liking. With the red nubbin on the adapter, the collar has stops for the 90˚ rotations on both sides, allowing 180˚ of rotation with the locking screw loosened a couple of turns. When fully clamped down, the camera will not rotate.Use an M3 16mm socket head hex screw, which can be screwed into the knob. A hex nut can be pushed in. You can make the hex hole smaller for a tighter fit, or just glue the nut into the hole.I would print this using a tough material like PA6/12-CF. No need for supports or brim, but if you're using a high-temp material like PA-CF or ABS, I would recommend using a raft so that the hinge mechanism does not get fused with the first layer, which may cause breakage when you first try to loosen the hinge.Should be tough enough for normal use, but no guarantee of the safety of your camera. Use at your own risk.
