Lenovo TrackPoint cap adapter

I ordered Trackpoint caps from Banggood (https://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Pointer-TrackPoint-Red-Cap-For-IBM-Thinkpad-Laptop-p-50287.html?cur_warehouse=CN) but later discovered that these caps were designed for a larger trackpoint button, not my laptop's smaller one. I solved the problem with an adapter to fit a cap with a bigger hole into the smaller trackpoint button mechanics. It took several prints to get the size of the hole right, but eventually worked as expected after thorough 10-minute testing.
