I'm using a simple stand so my slimline desktop PC, a Lenovo Thinkstation M58e, can safely sit upright under my desk without me knocking it over by accident. This design can be easily modified to fit other devices; all dimensions are customizable through Customizer. For stability's sake, make sure the height of the stand is roughly equivalent to (or slightly greater than) the width of the slot on your computer case.
