Lenovo T495 Vertical Laptop Stand. I used diam. 10mm rubber pads (qty = 5) for the feet. I also used some of the extra rubber from the feet to pad the laptop to prevent class-A scratches (that is why the gap is oversized slightly). I took the branding off of the version uploaded. If you need an iteration of this send me a DM and I can adjust for you the model is relatively parametric.
