Lenovo M73 / M93 SFF horizontal gpu mount

I needed a small mount to be able to hold stabilize/hold my standard size (full height) gpu card (GTX 1050 Ti) in my Lenovo M73 small form factor pc horizontally with my pci-e x16 riser cable. I designed and printed this to help keep things secure in the case. I must call out ahead of time, that this might not fit all cases and might require some trimming and or sanding of the mount to make it fit. I had to remove the stock CPU fan shroud, but it does not seem to impact cooling performance too much. Even with that, it will be a very tight fit. It is highly recommended to use a good quality riser cable as the video card signa / performance can be reduced otherwise. The m73 has a knockout in the backplane that accepts a standard hdmi passthrough. I used standard foam double sided tape to secure the mount to the top of one of the usb io metal housing casing, and to the riser cable which is stuck to the inside wall on the metal case also using double sided foam tape. The rise cable I used includes a locking mechanism like on motherboards so the video card is secure. I used some small (~ 2mm thick) sticky rubber bumpers on the top of the mount to help level the card to the mount.
