Lenovo Explorer WMR Headset Strap Clamp for Mounting Headphones
thingiverse
This set of objects is designed to attach various items to the strap of a Lenovo Explorer VR headset. They can also be used for other objects measuring less than 2mm thick by 22-30mm tall. The clamp consists of two pieces: an upper and lower section connected with screws. I have included a custom connector that fits my JVC HA-X580 headphones. Metric (M3) and ASE (4-40) screw and nut versions are provided. The 4-40 version uses machine screws from RadioShack and hex nuts obtained at a closing store. My 3D print has limitations, but it is functional for this project's needs. I printed it in PLA, but if the clamps do not last, they will be reprinted in PETG. A video showing the assembly of the main parts can be found here: https://youtu.be/Eu1IWIIlrWA. Although it is out of focus and poorly framed, it gives an idea of how things fit together.
