I was inspired by https://www.printables.com/de/model/68785-dock-holder-lenovo-thinkpadI needed a holder for my Lenovo TB docking station. My desk thickness is 25mm. That is to big for the design I found. This is the equipment of my employer and I will get soon a newer docking station. So I designed it for Thunderbolt 3 and 4 and there for generation 2 and 3. You can adjust the desk thickness up to 28mm which should work for most desks.
