Lenght and Hole Diameter Calibration Thing V2
thingiverse
After calibrating the Extruder, you should fine-tune the slicer to produce precise measured code right away. More often than not, the outer surface comes out correct, but holes end up being printed too large or too small. This is a common issue that can be resolved with some adjustments. I'm currently using Anycubic i3 Mega and Repetier/Cura, but you can use this Thing on other programs just as easily. To adjust Cura settings, look for "Horizontal Expansion" and "Hole Horizontal Expansion" under the English menu. If you're using German, try searching for "Horizontale Erweiterung" and "Horizontalloch-Erweiterung".
