Lenght and Hole Diameter Calibration Thing
thingiverse
After calibrating the Extruder, you should next calibrate the slicer to produce accurate measured code for precise printing. Often the outer perimeter prints correctly, but holes are consistently printed either too large or too small. Currently, I'm using Anycubic i3 Mega and Repetier/Cura software. This Thing can be used with other programs as well. For Cura, adjust the following parameter: * "Horizontal Expansion" * "Hole Horizontal Expansion" (English) * "Horizontale Erweiterung", "Horizontalloch-Erweiterung" (German) The model measures 40x50 mm in size. The hole diameters are clearly labeled for easy identification.
