LENA Recorder Holder for Multiple Devices

LENA Recorder Holder for Multiple Devices

Here's a project I took on to create a nice home for my LENA Recorders. Instead of tossing them into a box or drawer, I wanted a holder that would keep them organized and visible when not in use. I designed a rectangular box with precisely sized slots for the devices. Initially, I envisioned adding a charging dock on the front, but I had more pressing projects at hand. Update: 7/29/19 People keep asking me to expand this project's capacity, so I've added models that can hold four, eight, ten, twelve and fifteen recorders. Someone will inevitably ask me to add a removable cap in different colors to distinguish the states of each device – ready to charge, ready without power, or full of data, for example. Developed by Graham Holt Research took place at Boston Children's Hospital (http://www.childrenshospital.org/.) and The Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience (http://www.childrenshospital.org/research-and-innovation/research/labs/laboratories-of-cognitive-neuroscience). The object was modeled using FreeCAD (http://www.freecadweb.org/.
