Mustique, designed by Maltese designer Gordon Guillaumier for Lema, is a comfortable sofa characterized by closed configurations and available in leather version. It boasts a 3100 x 1500 x 865 dimension, making it both wide and elegant. The name of this sofa derives from an island in the Grenadines, symbolizing a happy and relaxed atmosphere. Its structure consists of two "H" shapes made of burnished or brushed metal, supporting a linear upholstered base unit covered by seat cushions that create a double soft layer for added comfort. The cushions, all with a parallelepiped shape in varying sizes, are adorned with detailed sewing following and underlining each shape. This meticulously balanced design offers a neo-plastic composition where every element plays its role, with soft surfaces featuring rounded corners and high cushions bent to follow the back for added comfort.
