Lelit Anna low profile drip tray

Modified the design made by zzhekaa - Walls are higher for protecting against crazy turbo shots. - Added a stop for the screen to not slide forward. - Added divot to the bottom side so the whole tray stays in place. - Made the whole tray a bit wider so there's less play side to side. I printed it in PETG so it will better stand the hot water discharged. Once it finished printing, the two thin walls on the sides separated from the thicker base, probably because I didn't print hot enough (215c). No scaling is needed. Supports recommended.
