This is a simple mount design for my V/U radio by Leixen. I've attached it to a small aluminum profile rail just below a shelf, keeping dust at bay while saving valuable desk space. What you see here is the finished product - no frills or unnecessary extras. This mount kit consists of two main pieces and the microphone itself. You'll need some nuts and bolts as well as couple of knobs that can be found in your average toolbox. The microphone holder is designed to accommodate either a left- or right-handed setup. If you're interested in the source file, I'm happy to share it with you - the DWG file is ready for any modifications you might want to make. This design should work with a wide range of radios, so feel free to give it a try.
