Leitz paper size adjuster

I love customizing the default paper size adjuster for my Leitz 5036 printer. Gluing the broken one together was always a struggle, resulting in a flimsy unit. Inspired by user blokkendoos, I designed a custom paper size adjuster that works like a charm. You can tweak all the settings in the openSCAD file to get the perfect fit for your printer. Have fun and enjoy hole punching! Update 08-13-2016 The print from ralphsonderegger proves that this adjuster also works on my Leitz 5008 model. I suspect it will work with many other Leitz models too - give it a try! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Hephestos Rafts: No Supports: Yes Infill Percentage: 15% Notes: To prevent warping, I used a brim when printing. The unit comes out straight as an arrow. Plus, I added supports as a 10% grid for extra stability. Update 08-13-2016 User ralphsonderegger improved the design by eliminating supports altogether. Check it out (remixes) - you might not need any supports at all! The distance to bridge isn't too big after all, so I'll consider adding an arc-shaped overhang in a future update.
