Leitra velomobile Chassis

This task is part of my Mechanical Engineering bachelor project at the Danish Technical University. In collaboration with Carl Georg Rasmussen from Leitra (www.leitra.dk), I am digitally preserving the Leitra velomobile. The Leitra velomobile, known as the first series production model, features a space frame chassis and carbon leaf springs weighing approximately 30 kg. Carl Georg Rasmussen has been producing this vehicle for over three decades, continually refining it; to date, around 350 units have been sold worldwide, with him welcoming the sharing of his designs on this platform, as none of its parts are patented. In my research, I utilized these files as a base for finite element (FE) simulations, but some components, such as the fairing, seat, and crank mast, were not included, falling outside the project's scope. I plan to publish my vehicle redesign findings at a later date.
