LeimBoy

In my workshop, a good "LeimBoy" was still missing to glue with a brush. Thanks to YouTube and the channel "Frohnix Bastelbude," I then realized that I could make one myself from wood, but as a 3D printing fan, I'd rather try to print this instead. However, I will definitely also build a wooden version later. The assembly and sealing with silicone or epoxy would be attempted in the same way as in the two LeimBoy videos by Frohnix Bastelbude. The video with epoxy can be found here: (is the longer-lasting version) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkmOsapCccI -------------------------------------------------------- The files with small and large holes are only to illustrate what screw holes you will find. The small holes are 1mm wide and intended for screws of 1-2mm in diameter. The larger holes are intended for screws that are 2-3mm in width and 30mm long. The Leimboy has a height of 33mm (without the ring on top). -------------------------------------------------------- The dummy nail file is only to illustrate the size of a nail that you should cut down to about 60mm. The hole is 3mm wide, so it should be able to take small nails with a diameter of 2-3mm. The template serves to mark the hole and the 8 small screw holes for the metal lid of the jam jar and should NOT be screwed in. It only serves as a marker. -------------------------------------------------------- The brush cover has 1.5mm air all around, which is intended to allow you to seal the inside with epoxy and for it to fit over the O-ring. You may need to scale up here.
With this file you will be able to print LeimBoy with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on LeimBoy.
