First and foremost, kudos go to Octoate for creating the original FreeCAD file, which provided the foundation for this project! Huge thanks are in order for sharing it with us. I took some measurements of my broken cap to get an accurate reading of its inner diameter, and I was surprised to find that 71mm didn't quite match up with the 35mm radius specified in the original replacement design. Without even trying out the original file, I decided to make some adjustments before printing: 1. I tweaked the inner radius to a more precise measurement: 35.5mm. 2. To improve durability, I thickened the walls to 1.6mm while keeping all other dimensions intact. 3. A subtle chamfer was added for a smoother finish. To my delight, it fit perfectly on the first try!
