3D model of the iconic Endor Rebel Trooper helmet from Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi. Same helmet worn by Luke and Leia, as well as some Rogue One Rebel Troopers with distinct decals, and Battlefront desert troopers. Enjoy and show us your own creations! Note regarding size: This helmet is designed for a 58-62cm head circumference (approximately 16cm x 20cm). If you have a smaller or larger head, print at 93% size or adjust accordingly. Multiple versions are available: - Full or 4-part design to fit most printers. - With or without decals: some Endor troopers had them, but not all; Leia and Luke's helmets feature the decals. This decal layer is designed to disappear during surface finishing but remains for painting purposes. - Three possible back part designs: indented stripes, squared corners, or rounded corners. The original trilogy costumes book confirms that the back part is simply painted with square corners. Please refer to the pictures for assembly instructions on the 4-part version. Trim the brims to fit your head in both full and 4-part versions.
