I craft diverse multi-rotors, with years of experience building numerous H-Quads and actively searching for "wide" legs that possess the following characteristics: They weigh very little (~20G printed in PLA), are reusable (they can bounce back!), extremely tough (they can withstand crashes, and I have not had to reprint them in months), easy to print (although these do require some care, due to their open spans), and offer good performance. I have been using these legs on a modified Dart 400 that is flipped upside down, swinging 10" props, and features lots of space for a Gopro up front - it's an absolute blast to play around with! Please note: This design requires careful attention when printing; refer to the instructions provided. Instructions To achieve optimal slicing settings, always check your printer specifications; I primarily use PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle and the following slicer configuration: http://pastebin.com/j31P7hc9 This model can be challenging due to its open-span bridges in some areas. Adding a fan (set to low speed and airflow) often helps initiate bridge printing successfully.
