Lego Wind Up Motor -Very Efficient

Video of Assembly and function: https://youtu.be/tnB8waI0tXUI was looking for a wind up thing to print for my kids, and after printing a few disappointing things, I whipped out my computer, and 3D printer, and came up with this. It's by far the best 3D printed wind up motor I've seen.It uses a mechanism that might seem a little non-intuitive at first. It's a way of gearing something way way up in one step. This cuts out a lot of friction from multiple gears rubbing on axles. The spring is also symmetrical so it doesn't twist the gear. ...also cutting way down on friction.Print one out, and see for yourself. :-) I hope you and your kids like it!JaimiePS. Tolerances will obviously depend on your printer and settings. I'm using a Sovol SV06 with 0.2mm layer height and it works right off the printer. If anything is too tight just file a little. The smoother you have it running, the further it'll go.
