Lego Train Switch Servo Mount

Lego Train Switch Servo Mount

Another version of Servo Mount for Lego Train Switch. The others simple do not suit me well. All parts are printable, you will only need SG90 9g micro servo with a small screw (usually part of servo) and sure, the original lego switch track part.
I control this with Arduino. Because I wanted to play with it a little bit, four switches can be controled at once by Arduino using infra red reciever (using original lego remote control) or with Android application using Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE).
If somebody would like to try, I can provide my Arduino and Android application source codes.

Print instructions

Category: Construction Toys Print Settings

Printer Brand: Prusa

Printer: i3 MK2S

Rafts: No

Supports: Yes

Resolution: 0.2

Infill: 20%

Notes:

Printed with PLA. Sure ABS is possible as well, but consider 1-2% scale up because of shrinking.
NOTE: There are two versions of switch parts in Lego Train. Left and right variant. These files fits to one only. To print the second version, it is enough just to horizontally mirror the switch_servo_block.stl and switch_body.stl in Slic3r.
