If you need a base plate for your LEGO Technic builds, here's a solution. I created three versions of that base plate: - Plate orig 15x15 STL --> dimensions are like original LEGO Technic beams. - Plate five holes fifteen by fifteen STL --> technic holes are five millimeters instead of four point eight millimeters. In the past, I had better experience with five-millimeter holes. - Plate five holes no recess fifteen by fifteen STL --> technic holes are five millimeters instead of four point eight millimeters and there is no recess on the underside of the plate. This means no need for support material, unless you insert a technic pin into the holes; in that case, they will protrude a little bit underneath the plate.
