LEGO TECHNIC Panels. Two CAD Files with different-sized holes: Sides: The holes in this are 4.9mm diameter. This file typically closes up holes slightly, which is why I used it. Sides Small Holes: Holes are 4.7mm diameter, allowing you to drill them with a 4.8mm drill bit to achieve an exact 4.8mm diameter, as used by LEGO. This method provides the most accurate results, although I have not yet tested it on this part. I printed these panels on an industrial SLS machine. For FDM printing, I recommend printing them flat, taking into account that they may warp slightly. However, with a well-tuned machine, it should work successfully.
