Lego Technic Demo 4 speed gearbox
thingiverse
This gearbox operates at four speeds and serves as a prime example for the Spice for Mechanical Engineering PAM. To assemble this gearbox, you will need to print the following components: * One Festrad 1-4 * One Losrad 1-4 * Four Schaltklaue parts Two Schaltklauen must be bonded together back-to-back in order to create a functional component. The recommended adhesive is Uhu Hart Kunststoff, which will ensure that both parts are securely attached. To guarantee proper alignment of the parts during the bonding process, use an axle to hold them in place as the adhesive cures. Additional components required for assembly include: * Two Lego Technic axles measuring 10L * Fifteen stopper small pieces Printing each Schaltklaue, Festrad, and Losrad component in a different color will significantly aid in identifying the gearbox's operational state. Key printing parameters to note are: * Printer: Spark Cube V1 * Material: PLA * Nozzle diameter: 0.4 mm * Layer height: 0.25 mm * Infill percentage: 15% * Support generation: Disabled
