This project was designed for Ali Altaf, as per his request on GrabCAD. The parts are made according to standard Lego dimensions without considering fitting tolerances, while casting radiuses have been included. Colors were assigned based on an RGB table from Peeron.com, which claimed to have received the information directly from the Lego Company. As a result, the model aims to be as realistic as possible. Special thanks to Tony for providing his bevel gear design and the GrabCAD community for sharing their LEGO parts in SolidWorks, allowing for accurate dimension checking of the design. The assembly utilizes the following parts: 3460 Blue Plate 1 x 8, 3647 OldGray Technic Gear 8 Tooth, 3666 Yellow Plate 1 x 6, 3701 Yellow Technic Brick 1 x 4 with Holes, 3706 MdStone Technic Axle 6, 3708 Black Technic Axle 12, 3710 Red Plate 1 x 4, 3713 OldGray Technic Bush, 3737 Black Technic Axle 10, 3894 Yellow Technic Brick 1 x 6 with Holes, 4019 OldGray Technic Gear 16 Tooth, 4519 MdStone Technic Axle 3, 6538c Red Technic Axle Joiner Inline Smooth, 6539 Red Technic Transmission Driving Ring, 6542 OldDkGrey Technic Gear 16 Tooth with Clutch, and 32269 Black Technic Gear 20 Tooth Double Bevel. An update on August 14th included minor modifications and new renderings. All beams now feature "Lego" letters, similar to those in the Lego Technic Bricks (Beams) project. Part 32269 - 20 tooth Bevel Gear was also modified for a closer resemblance to the original. Additionally, STEP, STL, CATIA, and ProE files are available in a separate folder within the archives.
