LEGO Sorting Trays
thingiverse
This LEGO sorting tray is designed for standard bed-sized printers (220mm). It consists of four parts to print, although the 30mm part might be optional depending on your needs. When printed and stacked together, these pieces enable you to quickly sort different sized LEGO parts. Other available LEGO sorting trays do not stack well or are too large for my printer. To get started with this project, you need to print at least two parts - the main sorting tray and one other component. The 9mm tray is ideal for anything around one stud in size that needs to be sorted through. Keep in mind that you may want to add supports during printing. I printed at a resolution of 0.20mm; however, you can likely get away with using 0.30mm settings. Infill density works well at 15%.
