This is an organizational set designed for the Lego Sith Art set. It was designed to fit in the original box. The containers can be used for other art sets or for small parts storage (I'm even using some for spice storage). The stud shaped containers utilize a simple twist-lock design.

The small containers hold ~330 studs

The large containers hold ~670 studs

EDIT: Added 13-15 for the Iron Man Art set and also added the Fusion360 file for the text extrusions so anyone can make custom numbers/text.

For the complete Sith Art set you need to print:

2 base_large

2 cap_large (1 and 6)

1 base_large_insert

10 base

10 cap (2-5, 7-12)

1 frame_case

1 frame_lid

2 hingpin

2 hingpin_nut

All Parts should be printed flat side down and the caps should have the number side up.

The numbers are model as sperate parts so that they can be placed on the caps during slicing. To add the numbers to the caps in Prusa Slicer:

Load cap_StudStorage or cap_large_StudStorage

AddPart → Load the desired number

Set the Z height of the loaded number to 9 mm

(optional) for the larger caps, scale x and y axis 150%

You can also perform a color change to make the numbers contrast.

You can create your own text for the caps, just import your personal text instead.

The case for the frame was inspired heavily by this case designed by PaulH on Thingiverse though my case was modeled from scratch to make it bigger so it could fit all the parts for the frame.

To assemble the Frame Case:

Put the lid on top

insert the pins with the flat side down

fit the nut on the end by hand

use a pliers to force the nut until it is flush with the pin

The insert goes in the container for the 6 studs and holds the overflow for the 1 studs

My set is printed on the Mk3s+:

PLA or PETG (I used Inland PLA and Prusament PETG depending on colors I had available)

0.2mm (quality) or better (I tried printing at 0.3mm (draft) and the fit was too tight)

20% infill

0.4mm nozzle

no supports (if your printer is good at bridging)
