I printed the OpenR/C Formula 1 car in 80% so the LEGO rims are adapted to this size. I was unable to get the black ninjaflex rubber filament to work properly in my printer, so I am using LEGO tire size 49,6x28 and drew my own rims to fit the ball bearings. The front ball bearings measure 5x10x4 mm. To print the spokes inside the rim successfully, a lower printing speed is required; I used 1800mm/min. The total printing time for the front rims was 1 h 34 min, while the rear took 1 h 56 min to complete. The rear rims are also 5 mm wider than the front rims. Although the tires are slightly stretched, they work effectively. Printer Settings: Printer: vertex K8402 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40% Notes: To print the spokes inside the rim successfully, a lower printing speed is required; I used 1800mm/min.
