The first explosive device you'll come across in Quake is the Grenade Launcher, and it's your go-to tool against those pesky zombie enemies. Found in E1M3*, this launcher is your best bet for taking down those undead foes. * Episode 1: Dimension of the Doomed, Mission 3: The Necropolis Zombies are a special case – they can't be killed with any ordinary weapon. You'll need to blow them up into tiny pieces using either the Grenade Launcher or the Rocket Launcher to take them down for good.
