Lego Pew Pew

The megafig is an upscaled print of Michael Curry's (@skimball) Blank Giant Minifig on myminifactory. You can find it here: https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-blank-giant-minifig-12558 - I printed mine at 120% scale which makes the diameter of the hand slightly bigger than 13.5mm. The pew pew (otherwise known as a revolver) is 13.5 mm at the grip. You will have to play around with both the minifig and the pistol to make it work correctly. It's better to resize the minifig slightly, or at least not scale down the pew pew (scaling up should be fine).

The pew pew is printed in 2 halves. both with the flat side down. You glue them together after the print is done. I might make another version that is keyed (but I don't know when that will happen, so don't hold your breath)

I sliced this in Cura at .6 line width, .2 layer height and 30% lightning infill. At 60mm/s it took about an hour to print. Supports are not needed provided you orient both halves of the pistol flat on the print bed…
