Lego Narrow Gauge Track
thingiverse
Lego track pieces for narrow gauge railways offer versatility and precision. Straight and curved sections in various lengths cater to different layouts, while standard radius is 24 studs, the norm for narrow gauge. An included curve with a radius of 40 studs aligns with standard tracks' specifications. The OpenSCAD script, inspired by mtudury's work on Thingiverse, generates custom track lengths and radii, as well as regular width tracks. Future enhancements will include bottom holes and support for multiple sleepers, including wider ones for standard tracks. Existing Lego narrow gauge pieces can be found at Bricklink: 85976, 25086, and 85977. Regular straight pieces have not been released by Lego but are expected from Kazi soon; however, their connector design appears flawed, prompting a potential adapter solution. Trixbrix offers additional printed narrow gauge parts through their website, accessible at trixbrix.eu/en_US/c/Narrow-Gauge/26.
