Lego Minifig Compatible Snake Tail
thingiverse
Create your army of snake minifigs! This is a bottom part snake tail for lego minifigures to be used as foot replacement. Inspired by Lego Ninjago "Year of the Snake" and the Lego Medusa Minifigure. Makes use of the Bezier library by William A Adams, see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8483. I've rendered two versions with different tail-size. Have fun! How I Designed This With Inkscape I created a path for the tail since inkscape paths are bezier-curves I took the points from the xml editor and copied them to the scad file Using the Bezier library to interpolate I was able to create a very smooth tail piece with only a few data points see the details about this in the scad file Note that rendering takes quite a while but can be speeded up by reducing $fn and N
