Lego LiPo enclosure

I recently got Lego #42140-Transformation Vehicle for my birthday. Love it! Hate the battery situation. This model year Lego has decided to require removal of 4 tiny screws to change batteries. Boo! Also, the unit takes AA batteries. Boo again. No recharge port. So, I took the hinged box from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:82533 and modified it some. For my setup, I am using an 11.1v 450mAh lipo battery. I am also using a buck convertor to get the voltage down from 11.1v to something closer to the 9v that the vehicle requires. BUT, I figured a little more power couldn't hurt, so, I have mine sitting at 10v. Oooooh - muahaha Some post processing notes below. If you have a different vehicle, I'd be curious to see if it works. Please post any makes. Thanks!!
