Remixed from ZiggyRobo's design, this altered version is tailored to fit on a 40x40 radial fan, utilizing Lego ribbed hose instead of electrical conduit - the same basic concept, but with a 7mm diameter. I added a conical section into the insert to focus airflow into the tubing more effectively, and sliced the nozzle at a 33-degree angle to position it closer to the hot end without colliding with the bed/print. As my radial fan was one that I printed, I cannot guarantee that it meets ISO standards regarding the size of the opening, but the geometry of the interface piece should be simple enough that customizing the exact size needed won't pose any difficulty - literally just a matter of moving 4 groups of vertices. This part will need to be glued into the fan (I used silicon adhesive) or an attachment method modeled specifically for this purpose. If someone has an accurate 3D model of an ISO standard 40mm blower fan, I'd be more than happy to make the necessary adjustments myself. Post-Printing The interface part features built-in supports around the bottom edge (to make it slightly easier to print) that will need to be removed with a hobby knife. I found a lighter necessary to achieve a good bend in the Lego tubing so that it relaxed into the right position, but beyond that, it was very simple to position the nozzle exactly where I needed it with some heavy gauge wire.
