I was truly fond of the original Lego Heart created by IPadNanito. It can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:106872. I wanted it modified to appear even more streamlined and slimmer, which is exactly why I am planning on printing dozens of these to give out as valentines for my son. Notably, the Brickheart_thin files feature incredibly precise dimensions at just 0.2mm clearance. Conversely, The Brickheart_thin.3 and BrickHeart_thin.4 files are specifically designed with a higher level of clearance between the peg and hole, standing in at 0.3mm and 0.4mm respectively. Interestingly enough, I found that printing at an extrusion multiplier of 90% produced the easiest snap together and separation on the .4 layer.
