I tried to recreate the Standard LEGO Head for some future projects.Dimensions are possibly not 100% correct as i am no LEGO-Designer :-)The “non-functional” file without hole has an overhang of 65° around the neck.The files including the holes have the neck overhang in the name (60° and 65°).
