I designed a Lego character that can be assembled from five friction-fit parts, but you'll need to print two separate arms to complete it. The head is slightly longer than expected, so be prepared for that variation. Unfortunately, this design doesn't connect with standard Lego pieces. To get the correct size, reduce the printing settings by 50% compared to what's shown in the pictures above.
