These are the 3D modelling files for a LEGO Formula 1 Car in SolidWorks. In this project you can find 107 different parts and 16 different assemblies. The assemblies include the car's engine, suspension, wings and structure, amongst other things. The file you want to opne in order to get the final assembly is called "LEGO Formula 1 Car"Despite the fact that the final assembly shows no movement or motion, its subassemblies do. For instance you will find that the car's engine or suspension work perfectly well while operated independently, whereas in the final assembly they won't move.The project was developed by two students undertaking Mechanical Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST).
