Lego Duplo steam train front piece replacement
thingiverse
We've misplaced our original Lego Duplo steam train front piece, so I created a makeshift replacement design. The art is far from exceptional but serves its purpose and slides into place seamlessly. I printed it at an extremely low flow rate to achieve maximum precision. On my Vertex K8400, I had to set the flow rate to 72% for a snug fit that meets all width distances. Print Settings Printer: K8400 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 150micron Infill: 15% Notes: Printed on my Velleman Vertex K8400 using a modified fan setup (check out my models), stronger extruder, and regular noname PLA filament. I printed it at 60mm/s with 72% flow, reduced jolt, and three shells (1.05mm wall from 0.35mm nozzle) with the brim active - I had to remove it afterward for a perfect fit.
