It's extremely challenging to create printable perfect fit LEGO bricks. Here is my custom version of a brick designed in FreeCAD. Tested thoroughly on my printer with a 0.4-0.5mm nozzle, 0.20-0.25 layer height, and sliced using Slic3r v1.1.7 & 1.3.0. Large bricks are ready for ABS printing, taking into account measured 100,6% shrinkage. 2x2 & 4x2 Duplo bricks feature easy-to-remove supports for seamless LEGO brick compatibility, although it ultimately depends on your slicer and printer settings as well as the quality of filament used.
