Lego Conveyor Belt
thingiverse
I was always let down as a kid when Lego failed to create conveyor belts for my Lego factories. I also discovered that Lego vehicle tracks were never the right size, so I made a conveyor belt that fits perfectly into the space of 2 Lego blocks. The belt features grooves built onto it to fit snugly into the wheels shown above. It also has notches on it that help items travel smoothly along the belt. Clearly, this design is meant to be printed with NinjaFlex. Any stringing is due to my decision to turn off retraction. The dimensions are carefully crafted so that it fits perfectly within a 12-stud brick. I've included the Sketchup file in case anyone wants to modify or customize it.
