LEGO compatible Polypanels V2! PolyParty!
myminifactory
Hey there! I just made an update for my Lego-compatible polypanels. I added a missing fillet and sketched out the size so that when using an adapter it fits perfectly with Devin's original standard. You can play tons of games with these panels like chess, ludo, or even... POLYPARTY! The instructions and everything you need to know about the rules, printer settings, and variations are in the download section as a PDF. In this data, you'll find exactly how many panels you'll need to print to play this game. Bonus - What did I learn? - While developing this panel, I learned some valuable lessons. First, it's essential to have a finished product ready within a certain timeframe, so take your time to improve the object. I also realized that showing unfinished products to friends and family helps reflect what you've done and gets great, unique thoughts. Publishing version 1 a few days ago gave me a huge motivational boost - over 30 downloads on Thingiverse! Last but not least, I learned some new skills in Fusion360, such as cutting objects and moving/copying parts. I hope you'll have fun playing with these or combining them with the adapter to create something entirely new! I want to thank Christin Maack, Pascal Arndt, Joshua Fieger, Rebecca Kühne, Claas Hansen, Maik Wilde, and my girlfriend Sophie Lißke for playing some unfinished games and giving me effective input.
