### Customizable Marble Run System for 11mm Ball Bearings Create an intricate marble run system using your existing LEGO brick collection as support structures and mechanical upgrades. #### Updates * March 2, 2019: Watch the system in action on YouTube * February 27, 2019: Added turnv2 block that completely removes the center peg #### Complete System Components: * Starter Set * Arches (Coming Soon) * Cubes * Elevator (Coming Soon) * Extras * Pegs and Rails * Towers * Troughs #### Printing Notes I print these marble run blocks with a 0.20 mm layer height, 20% infill, and no supports. However, I experience two unwanted artifacts when printing without supports: bridging across the LEGO compatible bottom and vertical holes. To fix this, I use a heat gun to briefly warm the block's bottom and press it against a genuine 2x4 LEGO brick. #### Design Notes The top pegs are scaled down by 5% to prevent PLA printed blocks from breaking off due to excessive clutching. #### Acknowledgements Special thanks to Andrew Sweet for creating the Parametric Lego Brick model. #### Disclaimer This project is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group.
