LEGO® compatible Link from Zelda (Nintendo®)
thingiverse
I designed the reference model at http://a.co/2F3EAFM. I printed everything using Repetier-Host and cura slicer with supports, .2 layer height, 3 profiles, and 20% infill. Two swords were printed separately and glued together. The shield was printed on a label sheet from a pdf file in actual size without scaling, then applied to the shield. I found some green material at Wal-Mart and laser cut the skirt using it. A template or dxf file can be used for printing the pdf in actual size without scaling. The scabbard, sword, legs, and arms are designed for dual extruders, with merged models included for single extruder use. For single extruder printing, start by printing the legs in brown filament at 20mm height, then switch to white filament.
