Lego Brick (Customizable), and tight snap-to fit
thingiverse
I'd tried printing several Lego bricks from various sources but found them to be somewhat loose-fitting. Azzeloof's OpenSCAD design was quite impressive, allowing for full customization of the brick size, although the bumps or knobs on top still didn't provide a tight enough fit. All I did was add a variable to the SCAD file to increase the knob size from 4.8 to 4.9mm; you can adjust this as needed, since Adam Zeloof did most of the work in 2013. I've tested this on a Makergear M3 SE at 200 micron layer thickness with PLA filament and it prints well; the bricks snap together just like I remembered from my childhood! You can print finer details if required.
