This is a LEGO Brick 2X4 . The "F" denotes that this flat brick cannot support any additional bricks stacked on top of it. Its dimensions mirror those of a previous small-sized brick I shared, where three of these smaller bricks combine to form one large one. The design bears resemblance to the brick 4558168 , but its color isn't limited to white alone.
