This is a LEGO Brick 1X1 . The "F" designation indicates that this brick is flat, which means no other bricks can be stacked on top of it. The "SR" label signifies that it has a semi-round shape, setting it apart from most standard LEGO bricks I've uploaded previously. In terms of size, it's equivalent to the small one I shared earlier, with three small bricks combining to form one large brick. Interestingly, this particular brick shares some similarities with #4646844, but its versatility doesn't require it to be white. As always, I'm providing both a STL file and the original design file created in SketchUp for your reference.
