This is a unique LEGO Brick, cataloged as 1X1. The "F" designation signifies that it has a flat profile, rendering it incompatible with any bricks stacked on top of it. Its dimensions are identical to those of the smaller brick I previously showcased, equivalent to one large brick constructed from three small ones. Although it shares similarities with Brick 307001, this particular piece does not require a white color scheme to be functional.
