This is a LEGO Brick 1X1. Flat, denoted by the "F," indicates that no other brick can be attached on top of this one. It shares the same dimensions as the small one I shared previously - three small bricks equal one large brick. Although it resembles the brick 307001, this version doesn't require a white finish. As usual, I've posted both versions: an STL file and the original design crafted by me in SketchUp.
